In 2015 myself and my business partner decided to start a joint venture in property development to build desirable homes in mid-Cornwall. Since then, we’ve completed 5 uniquely different properties with care and passion going into each build. I personally was on site during each stage of every development to ensure our high standards were met throughout.

This blog aims to diarise the property development process in order to give you a clearer idea of what each stage involves.

We’ve just sold our 5th development and are currently progressing through a sale of a plot with outline planning permission for 4 properties (2x pairs of semi-detached houses).
